A new website - and we hope you like it!

For the first time in a long time we have had the space to think about all the great work and the important support we give to our clients and this website is the platform on which to showcase these projects and to share some of the fun that we have been having.

The new website is built on Squarespace, of course, but incorporates some really cool features some of which you might like to see on your website. The plan is that we can and will build upon it over the coming months and years ahead… maybe a client portal or indeed just a load more animation and creativity added on balmy Friday afternoons.

In any case, we thought you might like to know the process that we have been through to get to this point.

  1. Working out what it is that you need to know about us, the team and the work we do

  2. Thinking about the quickest way to showcase our expertise - sketching layouts

  3. Wireframing the structure and brainstorming different ideas

  4. Drafting the content

  5. Building the core site ensuring it loads quickly, is optimised for SEO and of course looks nice!

  6. Adding in the draft content

  7. Playing with animations (especially the adventurer on the homescreen)

  8. Updating the content and adding in some case studies and news

  9. Adding the finishing touches to the build

  10. Checking the site for SEO must haves and finally putting it live!

The whole process has spanned over about 3 months as we have juggled different demands on our time - clients, family, cycling, running, home schooling and the coronavirus… you name it 2020 has been an interesting one.
