Portsmouth Golf Centre is specialist golfing mecca with a driving range, with innovative Top Tracer technology, a golf shop fully stocked with the latest clothing and equipment as well as a custom fitting service. The Golf Centre also offer lessons provided by PGA Professionals.

The Challenge
The Summit team were challenged by Portsmouth Golf Centre to design and develop a new website to improve the flow of the website, to refresh their look and in order for them to be able to easily edit the website themselves.
The ease of being able to edit and add items to their website was a main priority for the team at Portsmouth Golf Centre, which is why we decided to create their new website on Webflow.

The digital application
The Summit team worked with Portsmouth Golf Centre to design and develop this brand new website! We began by creating a wireframe of the layout on Miro (see our blog post on wireframing) to improve the flow of the website, which then led on to the design. We developed this website on Webflow in order to ensure it was easy for the Portsmouth Golf Centre team to be able to change and add content to the website as time goes on.
We worked closely with the Portsmouth Golf Centre team to portray the knowledge and expertise of the team onto the website. Using Zapier we created custom flows for the website, in order to format it with the right controls.
We created an animation for the website to demonstrate how custom fitting can benefit your game!
The Summit team integrated the driving range booking system, with ESP and Proagenda, into the website to reflect the new look of the website.
The gift cards that are sold on the Portsmouth Golf Centre website were an important aspect for them! We integrated the gift cards onto the website using APItemplate.io which brings all the variables together (type of gift card, amount…) to dynamically change the image and to create the barcode which is automatically sent to the client.
We created a SendinBlue account and linked this to the Webflow website to streamline the Portsmouth Golf Centre’s newsletters and emails for their customers.
