Orwell Independent was set up to provide professional advisors with a dedicated independent client review service. Their aim is to take the heavy lifting away from management teams but engage with them over knowledge-rich reports.

The Challenge

The Summit team were challenged by Orwell Indepdent to create the branding and website for this new start-up. We wanted to create the best digital business for Orwell Independent and with a combination of all team Summit’s skills, we are able to do an amazing job!

We started the process by having Rory from Orwell Independent visit our office, meet the team (and Daisy the dog) and introduce us to his business. Rory was very enthusiastic about Orwell Independent which made it an even more exciting project to get involved with. We love working with ambitious people on their start-ups and getting involved in every aspect of their marketing, from branding to website development and everything inbetween.

The digital application

We built the Orwell Independent website on Webflow due to its high performance, the speed of building and because the client wanted to be able to edit the website with ease. We find Webflow is particularly great for our clients as it means that can add to and edit the website in the future themselves without too much technical knowledge.

For the Orwell Independent website we were involved in every aspect of bringing the business to life. We partnered with Clarissa Fortescue for the photography, creating some amazing, professional shots for the website.

We designed the branding to fit in with the professionalism of the business and to stand out from the crowd. Once we had the branding and the website developed, we got involved in writing the copy where we wanted to portray what Orwell Independent is all about. Then finally we set up Orwell Independent’s LinkedIn page, with the new branding and logos.
