The team at Setyourworth believe that the recruitment process needs changing! They have created a solution to remove any discrimination in the recruitment process by making it anonymous. The system allows you to create your profile and set the salary you want in order to be shortlisted in the employers search - you then get notified when they are interested.

The challenge for the Summit Digital team was to come up with the name ‘Setyourworth’, to create their branding, to design and develop their website and to build their recruitment platform.

The digital application

The project started with creating a name for the brand to reflect their ethos and solution to recruitment. We were excited when we decided on Setyourworth as we felt it reflected them and their mission perfectly.

The next stage, in partnership with Setyourworth, was to design their branding, their website and to create and implement their recruitment platform. We developed and implemented a fully web-based recruitment platform for Setyourworth. We harnessed the power of PHP Laravel and the latest reactive View framework for quick production and deployment. It was then integrated with Stripe secure checkout - allowing the Setyourworth recruitment platform to optimise the recruitment process for both the candidates and employers.

The platform is incredibly flexibly, allowing for the future development of the candidate profiling and career development opportunities.
