From the first meetings over coffee and cake when we discussed the ambitions of Millgate Winchester with Robert back in 2014, our partnership with this company has brought both teams into new and exciting areas of work.

The original rebranding and positioning of the company as the property development company producing “New Homes of Distinction” introduced a level of perfection from the outset. The first major new development post the rebranding was the stunning development of “The Holt” on Winchester’s highly sought after Sleepers Hill. The Summit team were tasked to deliver on all levels to support this outstanding project. From photography to floor plans, development branding and house naming right through to the production of the coffee table presentation book.

The Summit team has continued to support Millgate Winchester and now in fact our offices are only a few metres away from one another. We have encouraged their adoption of a new Squarespace built website which as with other projects now enables them to be confidently managing their own content easily. Once again we have customised the content management system to ensure that even the most fiddly of content is easy to update.

Working with Robert and Adrian at Millgate Winchester is a great pleasure and standing alongside them as supporters of the Winchester Fireworks this past year represented a 5 year milestone of a long standing and very supportive relationship.
