The challenge for the combined team of Summit Digital and Waypoint Marketing was to take this ambition and passion, to embrace all that it inferred and to present the business creatively and digitally to appeal to the most discerning of customer.
The project started with a review of the positioning and strategy for the business. Hobson’s Choice needed to be elevated to sit in parallel with it’s marketing leading suppliers and the high expectations of it’s clients. A thorough rework of the branding resulted in the refined branding identity that is now synonymous with the quality and luxury of the solutions that the team deliver.
The identity was driven at every touchpoint from the printed brochures, business cards right through to the way customer enquiries were handled.
The telling of a story was fundamental to the approach when designing and building the new website. Every customer contacting Hobson’s Choice is looking for something very special and needed to understand that the Hobson’s Choice team understand their ambitions and dreams as well as their concerns. It was agreed that the adoption of a story telling website beautifully demonstrated how in tune with their customers the business is stepping away from the traditional simplistic gallery of past work.
We incorporated a variety of styles into different sections of the website, for example applying a strongly editorial feel to the inspirational case studies.
Thanks to the customised implementation of the Squarespace content management system, the Hobson’s Choice team are now fully enabled, editing the site and creating content without support from the Summit team.
